Using Fairly
Fairly is for groups of friends to make and keep plans. You must be at least 13 years old. Use your real first name, be kind to the people in your group, and don't post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Your account and content
You are responsible for what you post. People in your group can see it. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Stakes and the pot
In this version, stakes and the group pot are part of the game inside the app. Fairly does not process payments and does not pay anyone out in cash.
No guarantees
Fairly is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Ending your use
You can stop using Fairly and delete your account in the app at any time (Group, Delete account).
